Accepting new medication management patients for NYS/NYC telehealth and in-person visits in Pittsford, NY.

At Mindset Integrative, my mission is to provide compassionate care and support to those struggling with mental health issues. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and I strive to make that a reality for my clients.

Self-pay rates are $200 for a psychiatric evaluation and $100 for medication management follow-ups.  Now accepting the following commercial plan insurances for medication management:

I take a personalized approach to each client's care, tailoring the treatments to meet their unique needs. I prefer to prescribe the least amount of medication that is effective. Using my experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner alongside therapists who use evidence-based practices to help my clients achieve their mental health goals. I am more therapy based than medication based in my practice. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. 

I offer a variety of mental health services, including medication management for ages 18 yrs old and up and supportive therapy. I also provide telehealth services for those who prefer to receive care from the comfort of their own home, if appropriately deemed so by provider. 

The practice does NOT offer the following services:

ADHD evaluations for the purpose of academic or employment accommodations

Forensic evaluations for legal purposes

Custody evaluations or parental assessments for use in determining custody or visitation

Disability evaluations, including Short-Term Disability, determining leaves of absence from employment

We will not provide any evaluation for the sole purpose of seeking medical or mental disability, or assist in determining ability to take leave from employment.
